Expert Witness Services (CPR Part 35)
We prepare CPR Part 35 compliant expert witness reports in relation to housing disrepair, fitness for human habitation, building defects and other property-related disputes. Acting as both Party Appointed Expert and Single Joint Expert, we provide independent, evidence-based opinions on causation, liability, remedial works and associated costs to support litigation, dispute resolution and settlement negotiations.
Building Defect Litigation
We provide independent expert opinion on the cause and extent of building defects, together with recommendations and budget costs for remedial works. Our reports support solicitors in construction and property disputes involving defective workmanship, design failures, material defects and building performance issues.
Boundary Disputes
We advise on disputes concerning boundary position, ownership and encroachment, preparing expert reports based on title documentation, historical evidence and on-site survey investigations. Our expertise supports solicitors, mediators and the courts in resolving contentious boundary matters.
Party Wall Disputes
We advise on disputes arising under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, including challenges to party wall awards and related technical matters. Our role is to provide independent expert opinion on the issues in dispute, helping solicitors and their clients understand the technical evidence and available courses of action.
