Gary Goodwin
BSc (Hons) MSc MRICS
Director
Gary Goodwin is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor with over 18 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge spanning all aspects of surveying. Having worked extensively with commercial, private and social sector clients, he has built a strong reputation for technical expertise, professional integrity and industry insight. Gary also has significant experience acting as an Expert Witness, preparing reports and providing professional opinion in accordance with CPR Part 35 requirements. In addition, he serves on the RICS APC interview panel, helping to assess and mentor the next generation of Chartered Surveyors. His depth of experience and leadership continue to drive the high standards for which G Squared Surveying is known.
Helen Goodwin

Operations Director
Helen joined G Squared Surveying in 2026 as Operations Director. Bringing experience from a career in clinical research programming, she offers a strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to business operations. Helen plays a central role in supporting the company's growth, ensuring efficient processes and maintaining the high standards of service expected by our clients.
Rob Jones

Associate Building Surveyor
Rob joined G Squared Surveying in 2019 as a Graduate Surveyor from the University of the West of England (UWE) and achieved Chartered Building Surveyor status in 2022. Having developed his career within the business, Rob is known for his technical expertise, methodical approach and exceptional attention to detail, making him a key member of the team for complex surveying and building-related projects.
Grace Morgan

Chartered Building Surveyor
Grace joined G Squared Surveying in 2020 after graduating from Northumbria University. Since then, she has developed her career within the company and successfully achieved Chartered Surveyor status. Her diligent approach, commitment to professional excellence and strong work ethic have made her a valued member of the team, contributing to a diverse range of projects across the business.
Mark Hole

Building Surveyor
Mark joined the team in 2024 as a Building Surveyor, having previously worked at Kendall Kingscott. Known for his approachable manner and excellent client relationships, Mark combines strong communication skills with a proactive approach to project delivery. Mark is a valued member of the team, supporting a wide range of project work while maintaining a high standard of service for clients. Mark is currently working towards achieving Chartered Surveyor status.
Conor Lester
BSc (Hons)
Assistant Building Surveyor
Conor joined the team in 2023 as a graduate surveyor from University of South Wales. Conor has gained experience across a broad range of building surveying services since joining G Squared Surveying, supporting projects for a diverse client base and developing his knowledge across both professional and project work. Conor is currently working towards his MSc in Building Surveying at UWE and becoming chartered.
Nathan Davies

Graduate Building Surveyor
Nathan joined the team in 2025 as a graduate surveyor from University of South Wales and has quickly established himself as a valued member of the team. He is involved in a wide range of surveying and project work, continuing to build his experience across the profession. Nathan is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
